Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of Marno. By signing in you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the product.

The service

Marno helps you save and recall Sydney restaurants, organise them into lists, and ask an AI concierge for suggestions. The product is provided “as is” while in active development; features can change without notice.

Your account

You’re responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credential (passkey or one-time codes) and for any activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use the service to harass others, post unlawful content, or violate the privacy of others (including in public lists you create).
  • Don’t scrape, automate, or attempt to disrupt the service.
  • Don’t attempt to circumvent rate limits or use the concierge for purposes outside restaurant discovery and recommendations.

Your content

Notes, tags, and lists you create remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and (where you choose to make them public) display them as needed to operate the service.

Restaurant data

Restaurant information is sourced from Google Maps Platform under the Google Maps Platform terms. We don’t guarantee accuracy, opening hours, or current operating status — always verify with the restaurant before relying on critical details.

AI suggestions

The concierge provides recommendations based on language-model outputs. Suggestions may be wrong, out of date, or contextually inappropriate. Treat them as a starting point, not a guarantee.

Termination

You can stop using Marno at any time and request data deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Marno is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
